These terms apply to arrrlana.xyz, its wallet-based dashboard and any $ARRR presale made available through the official website. References to “ARRRLANA”, “we” or “our” mean the project team operating this website. Contact: [email protected].
ARRRLANA is a pirate-themed community meme token project intended for Solana. The characters, artwork and adventure are part of its creative identity. They are not evidence of financial performance, partnerships or endorsement by Solana, wallet providers or other organisations.
Before you participate
You must be at least 18, have legal capacity to participate and comply with laws that apply where you live. Do not participate where a token purchase or use of this website is prohibited.
You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you, including any tax, reporting or other obligations. The website does not provide personalised investment, legal or tax advice.
What $ARRR represents
$ARRR is presented as a community meme token. Holding it does not, by itself, give you ownership of a company, a right to dividends, a guaranteed payout or a claim on project revenue.
Use only the mint address and supply information published in the official token information section. If a field is marked “TBA” or “Coming soon”, it has not yet been published. Do not treat an address supplied in a private message as an official contract.
Roadmap items, community activities, rewards and potential future features are plans. Their scope, availability and timing can change. Illustrative scenes are not promises that a particular product or benefit will be delivered.
Payments and prices
A visible purchase form or connected wallet does not mean that purchases or token delivery are currently enabled. When participation is available, check the payment network, token, amount, recipient and estimated $ARRR allocation before approving anything in your wallet.
The payment networks offered in the form are ways to pay. They do not change the intended Solana network of $ARRR. Quotes and USD conversions are estimates; exchange rates, network fees and confirmation times may change.
A “next price” is a planned sale-stage price. A “listing price” is a project indication, not a guaranteed exchange price, exchange listing, available buyer or future market value. A dashboard entry is a record of an allocation or transaction; it is not proof of a completed on-chain token transfer.
Your wallet and transactions
You control your wallet and decide which connection, signature and transaction requests to approve. Keep recovery phrases and private keys secret. ARRRLANA support will not ask you to send them.
Confirm the official domain, network and recipient. Sending an unsupported token or using the wrong address or network may result in permanent loss. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed through this website.
For a payment problem, contact support with the transaction hash, network and a description. Do not send wallet secrets. Recovery or a refund must not be assumed; any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
Understand the risks
- You can lose the full amount you spend. Token prices may fall substantially or reach zero.
- A secondary market may not develop. Liquidity, exchange access and the ability to sell are not guaranteed.
- Wallets, smart contracts, bridges, RPC services and blockchain networks can fail, be compromised or become unavailable.
- Development plans, sale arrangements and the regulatory environment may change.
There is no guaranteed return, yield, price increase, listing date or minimum resale value. Do not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Community and referrals
Community participation should be honest and respectful. Do not impersonate the project, misuse another person’s wallet, interfere with the service, spam invitations or advertise guaranteed returns.
Any referral or bonus arrangement depends on the terms and settings actually published for that programme. Do not infer a reward percentage, eligibility condition, payout date or withdrawable balance from an illustration or an estimated figure.
Availability and changes
The website and third-party services may be interrupted, updated or withdrawn. We aim to keep information accurate, but estimates, artwork and forward-looking statements should not be treated as guarantees.
Updates to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Check the version applicable before participating. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
