Who this notice covers
This notice explains how information is handled when you visit arrrlana.xyz, connect a wallet, use the dashboard or contact the ARRRLANA project team. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
Wallet applications, blockchain networks and linked external websites have their own practices and policies. This notice describes the ARRRLANA website; it does not replace those providers’ notices.
Information the site handles
- Website and device information: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring URLs, campaign identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP and technical or security events.
- Wallet and activity information: public wallet addresses, network selection, connection events, transaction hashes, payment records, token allocations and referral or bonus attribution when those features are used.
- Information you send: your email address, message and attachments when you contact support.
The website does not require a seed phrase or private key. Public wallet addresses and transaction information are not the same as anonymous information: they may be linked to other public or identifying records.
Why information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the website, connect the wallet you choose, display available balances and records, verify transactions, administer referral attribution, troubleshoot faults and respond to support requests.
Website analytics and advertising measurement are also used to understand visits, campaigns and interactions. The applicable basis for processing depends on the purpose and the law that applies, including providing a requested service, legitimate operational interests where permitted, legal obligations or consent where required.
Cookies and browser storage
The website and integrated providers use cookies and similar browser storage. These can include:
- Functional storage: language and network preferences, wallet-session information, a cached wallet display address and a draft amount in the purchase form.
- Attribution storage: referral codes, campaign parameters and identifiers used to associate activity with an invitation or advertisement.
- Analytics and advertising storage: identifiers used by configured measurement tools, including Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Yandex Metrica.
Local storage may remain until the application or you clear it. Session storage normally lasts for the browser session. Provider cookies and sessions have their own lifetimes. You can inspect, block or clear storage through your browser; doing so may reset preferences, referral attribution or wallet sessions.
Services involved
Hosting, delivery and security providers process technical requests; the published site uses Cloudflare. Wallet connections use wallet software and infrastructure such as Reown/WalletConnect. Blockchain RPC services receive the requests needed to read network data or submit an approved transaction.
Configured analytics and advertising tools may receive visit, device, campaign and interaction information, and associated wallet or transaction events where enabled. These providers may process information in countries other than yours and under their own policies.
Read the relevant notices: Cloudflare, Reown, Google, Meta and Yandex.
Public blockchain records
Approved transactions may publish wallet addresses, amounts, transaction hashes and other transaction data on a public blockchain. That information can be viewed by others, including through block explorers.
ARRRLANA cannot delete or edit confirmed blockchain records. Disconnecting your wallet or clearing browser storage does not remove past on-chain activity or records already held by the project or independent providers.
Retention and security
Off-chain information is retained for as long as needed for its purpose, such as operating account records, verifying payments, resolving disputes, maintaining security and meeting applicable obligations. The period depends on the type of record and purpose; contact support for a request concerning a particular record.
Access controls, encrypted connections and server backups help protect the service. No online service can guarantee complete security. Providers manage their own retention, and public blockchain records are outside the project’s deletion control.
Your choices and requests
You can browse public information without connecting a wallet, disconnect your wallet, manage browser storage and use providers’ available privacy controls. Browser controls may limit cookies without stopping every type of server-side processing.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact [email protected] with your request. We may need proportionate proof that you control the relevant record; never send a seed phrase or private key.
Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or dispute purposes. You may also have the right to contact the data protection authority responsible for your location.
Children, updates and contact
The website and presale are intended for adults, not children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support so the situation can be reviewed.
This notice may be updated as the website and services change. The date at the top identifies this version.
